RHoNYC at Bethenny's Book Signing Party!

The Real Housewives of New York came out to support cast member Bethenney Frankel and celebrate her new book "Naturally Thin" at Japonais in the NYC. Bobby Zarin, Jill Zarin, Bethenny Frankel, Alex McCord, Simon van Kempen, Ramona Singer and Mario Singer all attended the party. As much drama as we see on TV with these ladies, they would have us believe they all get along. We have heard Ramona Singer say over and over again how she doesn't care for Alex McCord and her husband Simon. Looks like they manage to fake a few smiles for the cameras.
