What’s the difference between the 2-Ply and 3-Ply Fabric fashion face mask?

We’re glad you asked! The 3-ply is just as soft and comfy as our 2-ply, but it gives you an added layer of protection. Both versions are made up of 65% Polyester and 35% cotton.

Tell me about the 3-Ply Adjustable and 3-Ply Cotton Adjustable Masks.

We knew you’d ask this question. While both versions are comfortable and fit like a glove, our classic 3-ply’s outer layer is made up of 100% Polyester, the middle layer is made up of 100% Polypropylene and the last layer (the one that touches your face), is made up of 65% polyester and 35% cotton. Our new 3-ply cotton adjustable masic is made up of 3 layers of 100% cotton so that we can get the best color coverage with our dyes.

Are these masks PPE approved?

No, these masks are not medical grade and not suitable in medical settings. These masks are meant to keep you and the people around you safe (and fashionable).

Can I return my mask or necklace?

Unfortunately, no. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns.

Help, my mask is too big.

Not to worry, a simple stitch in the ear loop will do the trick. Our masks are one size fits most, so some people will find it a little bit large. If you’re concerned that there’s a true issue in the sizing, please contact jillandally@jillzarin.com

 

 Why doesn’t the color on the website look exactly like the mask I received?

Our masks are hand dyed with love by Jill and Ally. As with most tie-dyed products, the colors may vary slightly across products.

Can I wash my masks in a washing machine and dryer?

We recommend washing your 2-ply masks by hand in cool water.  They may be hung to dry or dried in a machine. Our 3-ply masks are washer and dryer safe. Please refer to individual product pages for care instructions.

Jill and Ally masks are my favorite, but I don’t want to order online. I’d like to purchase in a store. Are there any physical locations?

While we do not have our own stores, our masks are available in multiple boutiques. Please use the Store Locator to find us. Sometimes, if you’re fast enough you may even find a great discount on our masks at Home Goods or TJ Maxx

Can I send as a gift?

Sure! Most of our product has an option at checkout to add a gift message. Please note that candles, rugs and clocks are not eligible for gift messaging
